This 1996 Nickelodeon cartoon classic centres its colourful world around a football headed nine-year-old boy Arnold and his tribulations in the urban city of Hillwood. Most narratives focus on a variety of the cast but the most compelling relationship is that with Arnold and Helga G. Pataki. Helga and Arnold have stood the test of time as one of the most compelling romantic dynamics in a children's progam. They are so endlessly interesting, there's a reason why fanatics continue to post about them after almost 30 years!
