I think part of the reason why I love these two so much is because they remind me a lot of tobecky and shortaki. I mean come on, the blonde hair, teasing his crush to cover up the fact he likes her... Kevin is truly just an aged-up genderbent version of Helga Pataki; This cretin blonde healing my The Patakis shaped hole in my heart. The fact Ogrady is produced by the same studio that created Wordgirl and The N is essentially Teennick before Teennick was conceived makes these coincidences even crazier. Yes, I'm going to ignore the fact belligerent romantic tension and tsunderes arent common tropes-

One aspect I love about their relationship is just how healthy it is. Their bickering is reciprocated and if either one oversteps a boundary they call each other out on it. They're just like a romcom couple but with realistic dialogue; gosh, do I love the improv in Ogrady.
